There are a few different options for gutter cleaning:

The cost effective option is to clean out your gutters yourself, for this you will need to have the correct supplies. Cleaning out your gutters on your own can be dangerous which is why it always best to hire a professional.
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
• The correct size ladder (a spotter to stabilize the ladder)
• Rubber gloves
• Rubber-soled shoes
• Bug spray (for the insects living inside your gutters)
• Garden hose with jet sprayer
• Garbage bags and a trash bin
• Sponge and dish soap or a cleaner (for stains on the outside of gutters)
It is important that immediately following the entire surface be thoroughly rinsed with fresh water.
If stubborn stains are encountered, use a heavy-duty cleaner such as “Totally Awesome” or “Simple Green.” Heavy soil deposits may not be removable in one application and may require repeated cleaning over some length of time. Do not use cleaners containing abrasive particles, ammonia, solvents or paint removers for cleaning. These materials may soften or remove the finish.
